First, we invest our time in problem definition. We make sure we’re solving the right problem before we begin implementing solutions. The solution to the wrong problem is useless.

A common example of an often misinterpreted issue we see in our shop is a misaligned wheel which manifests as braking issues. Once the wheel has been properly straightened, the brakes can be snugged to provide optimum braking modulation and stopping power.
